Underwater video equipment to use at pool

I am in the market to buy an underwater system to use at the pool to help with technique. I was wondering if I could get some recommendations for systems that are out there. THX

I got one for $99 at Walmart and it works fine underwater. That is if the pool water is NOT CLOUDY!!!!
