Why do you think Phelps will beat Lochte in the 100 baCK? IS HIS SPEED AT A 100 BETTER THAN LOCHTE'S ?

Phelps is not swimming the 100 back. Just the 100, 200, and the flys. Normally I like to post predictions but with the uncertainty of the suits it just takes the fun out of it for me.
