I entered 5 events, all on Sunday: 200 fly, 100 free, 100 fly, 200 ***, 400 free. I've never done the 100 free or 200 *** in LCM so lifetime bests are anticipated :D

One goes as if you are going into the men's locker from the indoor pool and there is a right hand doorway marked Hydrotherapy. It is about 104 and felt wonderful compared to the 73 degree competition pool and the 58 and drizzling with a breeze outside.
