I entered 5 events, all on Sunday: 200 fly, 100 free, 100 fly, 200 ***, 400 free. I've never done the 100 free or 200 *** in LCM so lifetime bests are anticipated :D

I will be swimming July 11th and 12th. How did your 400 free go? Bummer to have an empty lane next to you.

400 free felt great!! I was hoping for the 5:30 range and came in 5:26. Very happy since I've switched teams and have been training very hard lately.
