I entered 5 events, all on Sunday: 200 fly, 100 free, 100 fly, 200 ***, 400 free. I've never done the 100 free or 200 *** in LCM so lifetime bests are anticipated :D

200 ***? Since when did that stroke/distance become legal and sanctioned. Do you swim it with a noodle?
Well, it's not really a stroke, more like comic relief for most of the crowd watching but seeing how I can't get my body and mind to come together as one to swim freestyle, it's the next best alternative after backstroke.
