I entered 5 events, all on Sunday: 200 fly, 100 free, 100 fly, 200 ***, 400 free. I've never done the 100 free or 200 *** in LCM so lifetime bests are anticipated :D

That Guy, what was your time? I was disappointed that Wolf had to pull out of the 400 free as he was supposed to swim next to me. I was ready for a race :)

once again i have borrowed carlos time machine
and i am posting from the future
nw zones were july 10 through 12
that guy broke multiple world records
and now refers to himself in the third person
swimmj and allen stark set personal bests
knelson swam great although he was all alone in each of his events
since his competitors were too scared to race him
