I entered 5 events, all on Sunday: 200 fly, 100 free, 100 fly, 200 ***, 400 free. I've never done the 100 free or 200 *** in LCM so lifetime bests are anticipated :D

I bow to you as you have won the gridge. My shoulder gave out and as a result I scratched my last 2 events , one of which was the 400.
