I was wondering if wearing a swim cap will prevent sunburn? I usually swim indoors and have never used a swim cap but am going to start swimming outside and burn easily. I just bought a silicone swim cap from speedo, do they offer pretty good protection from UV rays? Thanks in advance any help.
