Richard Quick has left us.....

It was a beautiful service, packed house at the church, Rowdy delivered one of the best eulogies I'd ever heard Lovely slide show of his life. He's an awesome sprint coach, and he's very easy to communicate with, which I feel is extremely important for an athlete and coach. There was a point in time when I had to swim on my own with him, and I didn't know how I'd do it with no one next to me pushing me in the water.
