Anyone know if these are legal? I'm just looking to buy a cheap pair of leggings for some swims this summer until the whole tech suit mess is cleared up. I saw these for $70 @ Kiefer. I believe they are fairly old and, hence, should be approved. Anyone know for sure?

If you are swimming in a USA Swimming meet, you can wear anything on the approved list. Anything not on the approved list must have been introduced before 2008 and must not go past the knee for men.

Where is it stated that it can't go past the knee for men? I thought that was something John Leonard wanted to go back too.
