WTH is up with these manufacturers and thier sizing 'charts'?
For example, I'm looking at Speedo's site and the FS-Pro. Thier sizing only lists smallsmall longmediummed longlargelarge longx/l
But yet thier pull down list has XS, L, LL, XL, XLL, XXL. Hmm........
Soooooo, not sure where XLL and XXL fit as there are no sizing recommendations listed. The XL ones listed look like they are good on the thigh, very tight on the waist and slightly tight on the chest so not sure if I should pursue an XLL or an XXL.
My current measurements:
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 248
Chest (measured at nipple line): 47"
Waist (measured at belly button): 41.5"
Hips: 43"
Inseam- leg (measured groin to ground): 37.5"
Inseam- arm (measured middle of back to wrist): 32"
If anyone is even close to those measurements and swims in an FS-Pro, I would love to get a sizing recommendation from you. Or even sizing recommendations for any of the approved TYR or Rocket Science suits.
Hey, Paul S. do you swim in a Pro and if so what size are you wearing?
Yeah. They don't stretch like the B70 when you put them on, so I wouldn't want to go too small. I think you might have trouble squeezing certain parts of you into certain parts of the suit, not to mention the potential breathing issues.
Did you try the Rocket Science, Paul? They might have your size. That's more akin to the B70 and isn't as fragile and prone to rips as the Pro. I think it's only $20 more.
