The USMS Working Calendar is a good guide for such things.
May 31 is the official end of the SCY season.
Top Ten recorders have until June 30 to submit times for meets in the LMSC. I've already sent mine in, but we don't have nearly the number of meets as some of the large LMSCs. (We only had two masters meets -- a third was scheduled and cancelled -- and masters swimming in two USA-S meets.)
Preliminary SCY tabulations are scheduled to be out by July 10. Mary Beth usually is within a week of this target, so expect these preliminary results around mid-July. Any corrections are due to Mary Beth by July 24.
Final SCY Top Ten are sent to the printer around Aug 1. They'll usually appear on the USMS web site around this time, give or take.
If you're concerned with your ranking or top 10's you can look at the
Meet Results Database Rankings
to see your standings in various events, but it doesn't have all the meet data yet.
Several of my swims aren't in the system, so it's safe to assume others aren't in it as well.
Also if you broaden the age info to include the age group below yours
you'll get idea of who's going to age up
