I'm confused on all this stuff about suits.
I have a Masters LCM meet this Saturday. Is the B70 illegal? Is the FS Pro legal? I'm going to assume my poly is legal! I didn't get much use out of my B70 so I would have worn it one last time but am I correct in that it's a no go?
Thanks!
BTW, Kathy Casey responded to my inquiry regarding my B70 suit. She said it and the FS Pro are legal for USMS meets this weekend based on USMS's statement.
That's great clarity ... now, Kathy, Rob, USMS Powers-that-Be, why can't we get a simple, clear, no-interpretation-needed message out to the entire USMS populace regarding B70 usage?
As a bonus, it would be ideal if USMS could then get clear agreement with FINA as to how they are going to manage WRs and World Top Ten this summer. On the one hand, I can see FINA saying that they'd reject US times because USMS has not abided by their approved list. On the other hand, since meet results (at least now) don't record each swimmer's suit, I think swimmers have a legitimate reason to state that any time swum in a sanctioned meet should count.
