So is my B70 Illegal now?

I'm confused on all this stuff about suits. I have a Masters LCM meet this Saturday. Is the B70 illegal? Is the FS Pro legal? I'm going to assume my poly is legal! I didn't get much use out of my B70 so I would have worn it one last time but am I correct in that it's a no go? Thanks!

From what Patrick said on the other thread, I don't think it's legal for USMS right now: Since this is a modification to USA Swimming Article 102, the rule change is so amended in USMS rules effective immediately, unless it is painfully rejected or modified (USMS 601.4.7B). That being said, they may choose to state the rest of this differently or interpret it differently, plus the minor issue of how you enforce this.
