That's a great video, thanks for posting it. Since watching Fred B on TV at the ultraswim I've really be playing around with the this version of freestyle. He definitely clarified a few things I was wondering about.
It will be interesting to see how well Phelps incorporates Brett's suggestions in the 100 this weekend.
