Went 25.38 in 50m SCM Free (from 26.03)
and 56.38(26.78) in 100m SCM Free (from 58.75) :applaud:
The following video is of my 50 swim and I would appreciate some constructive critisism please. (Lane 4)
My start and underwater was good (5sdk) went 13 strokes out, 17 strokes back. Only 1sdk on my turn (and I was actually thinking "oh no, what will Ande think of that!?) Breathed 1 out 2 back. I still feel my stroke is slow. I have really been trying to increase my turnover, working on the straight arm catch we are all talking about now.

Could be the angle, but it looked like your entry was a bit flat. I also think it looks like you pick your head up too much to breathe.
But as was said, great kick, nice turn and try to get the turn-over going.
