The following video is of my 50 swim and I would appreciate some constructive critisism please. (Lane 4)
My start and underwater was good (5sdk) went 13 strokes out, 17 strokes back. Only 1sdk on my turn (and I was actually thinking "oh no, what will Ande think of that!?) Breathed 1 out 2 back. I still feel my stroke is slow. I have really been trying to increase my turnover, working on the straight arm catch we are all talking about now.

It appears to me that you are doing a track start,
You are right, I was confusing his hand with his foot. ha! Still slow off the block, though...
