OK, I think I understand how to get a swim at a USMS meet entered into the USAS SWIMS database. What about the reverse, though? I was fortunate to swim a dually sanctioned meet this past weekend, but might swim another USAS LCM meet this summer and would like to have my times "count" for USMS. Is there a standard and (relatively) simple process/forms to do so?
Patrick,
First, check this spreadsheet to see if the pools you swim are on this list
www.njmasters.org/RecordsandT...ollengthdb.xls
Here are the LCM pools that are already measured in AZ
ARIZONA HILLENBRAND AQUATIC CENTER - U. ARIZONA
ARIZONA BROPHY SPORTS CAMPUS (PHOENIX SWIM CLUB)
ARIZONA MONA PLUMMER
ARIZONA ORO VALLEY MUNICPAL POOL
If it is not, contact the Aquatic Director to get the Pool measured. Or, contact the LSC to see if they have the complete measurement on file.

If your USA-S meets are at the same pools as most of your local Masters meet, then you probably don't need to get it measured because it will most likely be on the list.
Finally, send the .CL2 or the Meet Manager zip file (this file is usually on the Results page of your LSC site. If you don't have that option, then get the meet director/A.G. coach to send you the results file,.cl2 or Meet Manager.) Email the file with the USA-S results to the Top Ten person in you LMSC.
I think that is all the steps you need. If it is not, someone will correct me.

Cool beans. Thanks. Of course, the meet I might swim at is the State Senior Champs and it's at a newer pool, but I know the head coach out there and I'm sure he can help me out with the Aquatics Director.

Nice! That is cool that you might do another LCM meet this summer.

Hi-jack: Where is this info? I would be thrilled if I didn't have to swim B/C meets to get my A times in SWIMS, and I could just port them over somehow.
Although there is something to be said for completely dominating a bunch of little kids in the NT heats.
