I need to print out my USMS card (5k postal swim later today) but the link to the clubassistant.com website keeps timing out. I can probably delay until it's available again then print it and send it after the fact, but that just makes things harder for the people here who are managing the submissions.
Is anyone else experiencing problems? How do I report this to the USMS admin folks?

I don't know what magic pixie dust pwolf66 has sprinkled on his network connection but I can't ping www.clubassistant.com from three different computers in the Chicago area (including work and home) or from my web server (in Colorado Springs).
