I am curious how many of you do two beat kicks? Are there any other world champions beside Manaudou who did two beat kicks? Also curious whether Manaudou does two beat kick in backstroke??

i use a two beat for anything over 2 miles.
i've been experimenting with a pattern of 2 and 6 beat for pool distances of 1000 and 1650: start each length with a strong 2 beat and switch to a 6 beat for 3 strokes into each turn.
