2010 SCY Nationals

For those westcoasters and rocky mountaineers who may not be seduced by Hotlanta's charms and distance and for whom their local champs leave a sense of something left on the table, consider this: Canadian Champs (and the chance for world records, FINA top ten etc. are the very same weekend... in Nanaimo, British Columbia. yes indeed, that's where I hang my hat. Wonderful facility, very fast pool and organised by the club known to stage the best after-meet socials anywhere. Just thought I'd mention it. Excellent airline connections to Vancouver or Victoria, B.C. from the US (local airport connections through Air Canada which code shares with quite a few US majors)and a scenic and adventure paradise surrounding. Whale watching, Great Bear Rainforest, hairy-chested surfing etc.
