It reads as if Advocare was almost shut out of the process. They couldn't defend themselves at all. It sure seems as if the arbitration panel WANTED Hardy to be cleared.
Advocare has been controversial for some time. I'm just suspicious of the "tainted supplement" argument. The risks for a supplement maker are huge - so I just can't easily accept that they would risk putting a banned substance in one of their products.
