Webbed Hands?

Is this photoshop or someone famous with webbed hands: www.teamarena.com/.../company I imagine this could give you an advantage. Maybe the next controversial swimming aid would be a kit to grow webs.

I actually had a childhood friend who had a webbed toe, very small, between 4th and 5th toes. He wasn't a swimmer however.
