Has that been followed at the recent meets ?
Not the 2 Tech suit part - but people wearing a speedo brief underneath the tech suit.
Have there been any "revealing" equipment meltdowns -- I know my Blue 70 ripped last year and I kind of needed the speedo underneath.

I really want to see a list where they break it down case by case so there is no room for debate. Something like this would make me happy:
body suit + brief = OK
body suit + jammer = NOGO
body suit + shortjohn = NOGO
body suit + leggings = NOGO
body suit + body suit = NOGO
leggings + brief = OK
on so on...
