I think long course championships in Middelbury, VT, is shortly thereafter, but I don't think there are any meets those two weekends near Boston. Here's the NEM link: www.swimnem.org/.../
Unless you want to swim in the Charles? It's June 21. I recommend it! One mile. I did it last year and no ill effects. But the race is almost full, so you'll have to sign up soon. www.charlesriverswimmingclub.org/.../www.active.com/.../Event_Details.htm
Thanks for the link Isobel.
The PA meet on the 20th looks good. I just need to figure where Berwyn is in PA, and how long it takes to get there from Derby, CT! Road trip!
Gotta love the Internet.
Berwyn is not-to-far west of Philly. Hmm, so, from CT, it looks like we could make a swing by Atlantic City?
Anybody have any other tourist ideas for that area?
Karen, You should come to Wildwood, NJ (45 minutes south of Atlantic City) the 20th and do the Plunge For Patients 1 mile ocean swim! check it out:

Anybody know if there are meets in New England the weekends of the 13th and 20th of June? Or where's a good place to check?
OW?

Karen. If you want evening masters in 50M outdoor pool let me know nearer the time.
Thanks Michael. Unfortunately, my parents made the mistake of taking me and my brother to see Jaws when I was 7. No ocean swimming for me. I briefly got over it as a teenager as I was a boogie board fiend at Santa Cruz and Pacifica.
And my husband is a surfer, and really wants me to surf too. My kids have tried surfing and love it! They will not see Jaws!!! I want them to love and respect the ocean and be safe and smart in it. (I truly wish I wasn't such a big chicken). Although I did water ski in the Caribbean on my honeymoon!
Hey Stud- You tease. Tell me now, tell me now.
I am always looking for pools back their to work out in. We usually end up in a tiny 6-lane-way-too-hot-aquarium-like pool. When I was pregnant 2 years ago, the water in one of these pools was 86! I could swim 1-2 laps at a time, overheat, sit on the deck and get back in, repeat. Not fun AT ALL.
Our other option has been at Yale. But they have had one practice at 5:30 am (which makes it 2:30am for us). We did that ONE year (pre kids) when we were quite a bit faster and in much better shape.
So, do tell. Pleeeeeease.
And of course, will you be there?
