Training Suggestions Appreciated

Hello all. I am a 32 year old swimmer who swam and played water polo in high school and only played water polo in college. I just started back swimming with some regularity last fall. My goal over the next year is to rack up some personal bests in the 50, 100, 200 free and 200 IM. I will have 3-4 days a week that I can swim and pretty much any day that I can go to a local gym or ride my bike. I have read many of Ande's posts and done some of the workouts posted here on the forum. I am looking more for input on an overall training scheme, what type of workouts would be best, yardage totals, weight/dryland suggestions (both type and frequency), or anything else that you think might be helpful. Thank you!

Thank you! my experience has been that I can write myself the best training plan ever. but then I don't do it. so, for me, swimming with a group of people and a coach, if possible, works best but if you can't then there are a many good books and videos out there
