A local morning news show will have a reporter doing a feature on Nationals in tomorrow's show. She will be broadcasting several snippets from Clovis North during our 5-6:30 workout.
I'll post a link if the station puts it on their web site. If anyone tapes it (and it is actually interesting) I'll put it on Youtube.

Wow, this is fascinating. I have never seen video of myself swimming before. At around 1:00 minute left there is a stretch with a decent view.
I did not know my recovery is so wide. Plus there is a noticeable lurch whenever I breathe even though I go 3-2-3-2, etc.
