Fluid

I was wondering if anyone out here has any reviews and/or experiences using Fluid recovery drink. Specifically if is does reduce muscle soreness after workouts and what not. I feel like I am constantly fighting muscle soreness during workouts, and it seems to effect the power I am able to put into my pull (I am a mid-distance free guy). Does it really do more than getting a good meal or juice after a workout?

  • I usually go with the, "tried and tested," Gatorade almost immediately after a long workout (beyond 90 min). My stomach just can't take milk right after a workout. Maybe 30 min after that, I'll follow up with the chocolate milk thing...here in AZ one of our local milk providers has a special drink w/extra protein (20g per 12 oz. bottle).
