I would like to know your % on the major workout stuff you do (average) every day. (just for fun) Example, if you do Ande’s kick workout: 8x25... If you swim 4000, then it would be 5% kick, if you swim 2000, it would be 10% kick… Obviously, it depends on what time of the season are we and the kind of swimmer you are, the different %s (if you time 400 free is a different % than if you time a 50) Try to think AVERAGE = most of the time %-kick %-drill %-pull (paddles or without) %-endurance %-speed (broken swims or not) %-race speed (with time) %-EZ swim I do about 10% kick 12% drill 12% pull 36% endurance 12% speed 8% race speed 10% EZ swim Of coruse, some days I do more kick, some days I just do 100% endurance, or 100% speed, etc, but this is my average.
