Hahaha. Me too! WTH?! I swam it in meters recently and that time converted to my seed time. I have no idea how I dropped 3 seconds. I don't even do breaststroke kick in practice.

Lunging is really good for breaststroke kick. Really, really good for it. Great job swimming the 50 - if we ever race breaststroke, let's do a 200...
