I would have to say I'm more flabbergasted by that 50 ***...your membership in the evilstroke-haters club is definitely under review.
Hahaha. Me too! WTH?! I swam it in meters recently and that time converted to my seed time. I have no idea how I dropped 3 seconds. I don't even do breaststroke kick in practice.

I think after all your work and fast swimming, you can definitely pick your age. You beat all the younger guys anyway! I really enjoyed watching that speedy 100 IM. As well as all the other fast swims and PBs from Zones. Congrats everyone!
