Great swimming, Fort! As great as your 50 back was, I would have to say I'm more flabbergasted by that 50 ***...your membership in the evilstroke-haters club is definitely under review.
And the thing about Fort is, she keeps no secrets!
If anyone wants to know exactly how she swam/swims SO FREEKING FAST, just look at her blog!
She gives it all up, but still even so - not many women are willing to work toward fitness like Leslie does - and share with with us all as well.
Love watching her swim these times!
She deserves it!
