2009 USMS Zone Championships

I did not have a great Zones, which is to be expected after not training for almost 3 months, but my swims were respectable for me. 22.95 50 free relay lead off 30.0 50 *** 25.5 50 Fly 23.3 50 free I kept having my goggle fill up with water on day 2, couldn't figure out why. The Glass family kicked butt at that meet. I was amazed at how often and how well Ande swam! Michelle Chow had some great swims. I always have fun watching Tyler swim. I did catch a bit of sad news at the meet, apparently a highly ranked swimmer from WMST lost part of a finger or severely injured his hand on Friday in an accident with a belt sander, he and his wife missed the meat. Prayers go out to he and his wife as they deal with this.
