I am unfortunately not swimming the 100 freestyle during my meet on Saturday for the coaches are putting us where people generally do not like to swim, I have swum a 200 before, and I am hoping for a 2:10-2:15 range (fastest 100 was 1:00, no block), and the 500 (which I swam twice in meets last year, I am hoping to break 6 minutes). Any ideas or strategies on how I can achieve this, and if not for this meet, then for next time, would be much appreciated!! Thank you.
Ha ha, the past tense of swim is HAVE SWUM, like HAVE RUN, and as I mentioned, the site has a search function:
