I know the Pac 10 isn't really the Pac 10 anymore when it comes to swimming, at least not on the mens' side. Are there other Pac 10 schools besides UCLA without mens' teams?

Yes. Washington State, Oregon and Oregon State. Oregon doesn't have a women's team, either.
