So where do we get B70?

Just curious, Everyone including B70 seems to be totally out of Nero comps. B70 isn't even taking any orders. They told me to call their suppliers (which I called all the large ones they specifically recommended) and there aren't any to be had other than some very small or very large sizes. B70 told me "maybe by summer. . ." they will have some. Isn't this in violation of the availability to all rule? Or is that not a rule?
