Anyone want to do some split analysis?

My goal this weekend was to see where I was in the 200fr before zones. I would like comments on my 200 time and splits based on my other times at the meet. The meet went 500fr, 100fr, 50fr, 200fr fairly evenly split over a 3 hour meet. I wanted to get 200 time from my 500, but I ended up eating my goggles on the start, so I swam cruise 200, 200 back ez, 100 fr just not to get last. My 200 time stopping to put my goggles one was 2:19, but I don't think that means much. 100fr: 55.86 splits: 27.42, 28.44 50fr: 25.30 200fr: 2:04.54 100 splits: 1:00.04, 1:04.50 50 splits: 28.61, 31.43, 32.41, 32.09 I will comment on what I think of my times in another post. I am interested in all comments and criticisms. Something that is painfully obvious to you will be something I did not think of.

100fr: 55.86 splits: 27.42, 28.44 50fr: 25.30 200fr: 2:04.54 100 splits: 1:00.04, 1:04.50 50 splits: 28.61, 31.43, 32.41, 32.09 Here is my self analysis. I took the 200 out a little slow and let it drop off way too much. The last 3 50s should have been split evenly. To put numbers to it, take the 50 out in a 27 high and the remaining 50s 29 high resulting in a 1:57 mid. Not taking the initial 50 out fast enough is a mistake that results from not enough practice racing. The 200 would be split better if more time was spent splitting the 200 correctly in practice. Finally, my conditioning is lacking and thus I did not have the energy to swim a solid 200 at the end of the meet.
