Anyone want to do some split analysis?

My goal this weekend was to see where I was in the 200fr before zones. I would like comments on my 200 time and splits based on my other times at the meet. The meet went 500fr, 100fr, 50fr, 200fr fairly evenly split over a 3 hour meet. I wanted to get 200 time from my 500, but I ended up eating my goggles on the start, so I swam cruise 200, 200 back ez, 100 fr just not to get last. My 200 time stopping to put my goggles one was 2:19, but I don't think that means much. 100fr: 55.86 splits: 27.42, 28.44 50fr: 25.30 200fr: 2:04.54 100 splits: 1:00.04, 1:04.50 50 splits: 28.61, 31.43, 32.41, 32.09 I will comment on what I think of my times in another post. I am interested in all comments and criticisms. Something that is painfully obvious to you will be something I did not think of.

As FlyQueen suggested, take the front 50 out a little faster. Front 50 of a 100 should be 1-1.5 sec slower than your best 50. Which considering the split is to your feet, means that the front 50 should at about 95-98% of your sprint 50. Then hammer the last 25 with a huge kick and hold on the last 25. 200 splits look decent but it looks like you float up a little too much on the 3rd 50. But what do I know? Wolf, Paul R 2:03.44 28.01/31.18/32.30/31.95 Focus on holding your streamlines as tight as you can off every turn. Maximize the free speed from those 7 turns. Yeah, you need air but an additional 1-2 seconds ain't gonna kill ya  Or maybe it might?
