I, like a lot of other people it seems, have an sensitivity to chlorine used at my local swimming pool. So much so that I generally suffer hay-fever like symptoms for hours after leaving the pool. I've found 2 natural things which have helped me a great deal and thought I'd share: • I take a querticin tablet immediately after my swim • I drink squeezed orange juice before and after That's it. Has done wonders for me so maybe it will work for others too.

  • I had a tremendous amount of trouble with hay fever like symptoms after a swim. It lasted for hours and was gross. I now always use a nose plug and never have any trouble. Me too - a synchro nose clip in my case. It took me two weeks to get used to it and it's been great ever since.
