... Seven teams under 1:20 in the 200 FR...including DUKE, of all teams? One of the coaches at practice today said there were about 40 men who split 20.0 or better in relays. (I can't imagine how wavy that pool was!)
I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around these times.
let's just say the pool is set up with double lane ropes, and they were fully tightened, but you wouldn't know it watching the 50 free or the relays! and i'll add that there wasn't a dry timer on deck after 3 heats of the 50 and 2 of the 200 FR... :)
and to bring the thread back on topic, :woot: for freshman leah gingrich who won the 500 free! (gotta give a little love to alums from my old age group team!)
