Interesting article in my local paper this morning.. www.orlandosentinel.com/.../orl-livswim-health022409,0,1795018.story I hope its true...assuming that I retain my medical faculties! :)

But isn't it a no-brainer? Sports/exercises are good for health; swimming is one of the best sports/exercises--except if you drown... :drown:
