I've been using them for the past several months. My kick catch has greatly improved. At first I felt like I had no feet after wearing them. Now that my kick is better, I feel fine after I take them off.

Look like two scoops built into the bottom of the "shoe" designed to emphasize the outward turned foot.
I haven't seen these in use yet... can't wait to hear if they overstress the ankles or knees.
I bought a pair last summer, but I had to send them back the day after I received them, because the largest size was too small for my feet.
Because my feet didn't fit comfortably, I couldn't truly tell if it was doing good work on my kick. But a friend tried them on the same day and he liked them. I would have given him mine but they were a little too big.
I LOVE my breaststroke fins! They helped me to narrow my kick as I was kicking too wide. I started out with small distances, about 300 yards, and had to work up to more as too much yardage started to make my feet cramp. I recommend starting out easy and building up yardage.
But I love 'em.
A friend of mine got a pair of these for Christmas and I ran into her at the pool one day and had a chance to use them. I was pretty cautious with them because they seemed like they could do some serious damage if you were to use them too strenuously without building up some experience.
I only used them for about a 150 of mixed kick and whole stroke *** and the scooping action opened my eyes to the sensation of really grabbing some water with my feet and inner calves. They made me say "OH THAT"S what *** kick is!" Just using them a tiny bit one day gave me something to consider in my *** kick.
If I were a gadget buyer, I'd definitely invest!
I bought them, and they weren't exactly true to size. They were a little big, but they work. I wouldn't buy the next size down, since my son can also use them.

We had a visitor who swam with us for a couple of days. She had a pair of these and she let me try them. I was very cautious at first because I was afraid they could really stress the knees. I was wrong - they were great. They really help you "feel" the proper kick. I'd consider buying a pair.
