I see that there is a big price difference between the Blue Seventy Nero comp and the PointZero 3. Is it really worth $100.00 more for the nero comp?
the Nero Comp has a better zipper and a little less fabric around the zipper and zipper bed
the point Zero 3 has
a pull string on the zipper,
a zipper hood
a big clunky zipper,
think the ankles have velcro ties but can flare when undone for speedy transitions
the point zero 3+ is for triathletes to wear in the swim with their triathlon gear under

The FS PRO Hineck is a very good suit

I don't have the answer to your question but I am going to throw in and ask if anyone has had any experience with the agon swim suits. They sell a grab-bag skin suit at a pretty reasonable price. I don't mind wearing an ugly, unflattering suit if it's a decent suit and a good deal. But if the suit's a piece of crap, I'll save my money.

The FSPros are available through swimoutlet.com and probably also through other vendors for far less than a B70.
What is your personal price-to-value ratio? Depending on how many generations back you are willing to go for a racing suit, you can get a brand-new, never-used one from an online vendor or on eBay for as little as $50. Lots of FS1s available that way, for instance.
Check the suit vendor at your next meet, assuming your meet has a suit vendor. They, too, are frequently there to unload discontinued merchandise at a deep discount.
And finally, do not write off your local brick-and-mortar swim shop. I have bought a couple of special swim and triathlon racing suits for $20 from closeout bins.

Our Master's team has used Agon in the past for team suits and as with all swim suit companies I've had mixed results. If you are looking for just a practice suit then you can't go wrong. I think they tend to stretch out a bit too soon but I also think that about Nike swim suits. But if the price is right grab em! The best deals though is to go to swim outlet dot com and try fo find a polyester swim suit. The poly suits cost more up front but in the long run are cheaper.

I own a PointZero3 and swim very fast in it. Contrary to what Ande says it does not have flare legs or ankles with velcro (though after multiple swims the ankles are verly slightly loose). There is a drawstring on the zipper (to allow you to zip/unzip the suit on your own) but I just cut it off so no problems there. I'm not sure if the "zipper hood" creates more drag than the "unhooded" zipper on the Neros (which just flops around, I guess). Yes, they were made for triathlons (and thus for something to be worn under them) but triathalon clothes are quite tight fitting. I couldn't fit much more than another tech suit on under my pointzero3 (something I hear folks are doing these days...) The biggest issue is sizing. I'm 6'0" and 170 and have to wear the second smallest (male) suit for a tight fit. That means the proportions are not ideal...
Try it on in a store before you buy it. So long as the "fit" works for you, I suspect you will be very pleased with the pointZero3 if you decide to go that route.
