The website actually says it's 5km north of town, but type in the address on any online map and it's 50m from our hotel:confused: new it was too good to be true. I'll have to resort to public transport then, but i doubt that i could get a bus there for opening time.
I suspect the maps are wrong, then. None of the hotels are close to Meadow Park.
The first bus arrives at Meadow Park at around 6:15, so I think you're in luck!
