I didn't stop at all. I think that I got a little too competitive to stop. But, I did do some full SDKs every once in a while and did a few laps here and there where I changed my breathing pattern. The girl next to me stopped to fix her goggles. At my postal swim, a few people stopped to find out where they were at.
