Anybody going to the SCY meet in Anacortes this weekend? Margrave/Knelson/Jazz? I'm down for the 200 free, 200 back, 200 fly, and the 100 & 400 IM's. Any gridges out there? (I should be easy pickings in the 200 free, since I have not trained for it... :whiteflag:)

Thanks Jazz, it was nice to meet you today. You swam fast. Also, good job David Margrave - you swam well while nursing a sore knee.
Today was the first time I swam with the Tyr Tracer suit, which was a Christmas present. I think it can be called a success. Also I tried a Speedo silicone cap for the first time. It's dramatically tighter than, well, any cap I've ever worn. When I first put it on, I thought I got the wrong size. But it did great and now I can see why I might want to try wearing 2 caps - the inner cap can be larger, and the outer cap provides streamline and... compression.
