Just to give you all an update. I am 178 pounds. Waist 35 and chest 39 and I am 5 foot 9; I got a size 26 in the mail and tryed it on an it was a little to tight around my butt. When I bent over it felt like I would strip the the suit. I am going to go with a size 28.
I would vote for long sizes as well. I'm much longer in the torso than big around. I wear a 25L in a speedo fspro and have a 26 blue seventy knee suit. I tried on a 24 blue seventy full leg suit and could not get the crotch in the right place - I needed more thigh room. Size charts say I should be the smaller size.
I disagree about the legs. Most women I know have trouble fitting the suit high in the crotch because the legs are so tight. Most masters women don't have stick legs. I do agree about more compression in the torso though.
I had a chuckle over that comment too, Rick.
My post was about MY experience, not "some women, most women" - here's your chance to ask for what YOU want!! My experience with the B70 - legs in particular -was about compression, not length or the ability/inability to steal material for the crotch.
If these improvements/new style choices were offered, i'd consider buying another B70. I've given mine away. Until then, or the rules change, I will be buying LZRs.
Post a direct request/wish list for B70 to see!
i i cant afford one, so i will just wait to make jr nats where they give you a free lzr. i have an aquashift and a FSII
I would assume he is referring to Speedo's penchant for allowing people to try the LZR -- on a loaner basis -- at big meets.
Why yes:
1. More compression/girdle-like effect through the torso. The legs are great, I think you just solved how to avoid failing the "take your marks" test, and the only other thing for me is the water-down-the-suit issue.
My B70 had less compression through the torso than my FS PRo (hi neck) and even LZR (racerback). Perhaps offer long sizes? Maybe this could be solved by wearing a 24L instead of a 26.
2. Racerback body style, priced around $295.95.

i am about 6'1 172. i have a size 40 chest and a 32 waist.(i know weird sizing) i wear a size 30 in any body skin. when i tried on the b70 that is what fit best. i cant afford one, so i will just wait to make jr nats where they give you a free lzr. i have an aquashift and a FSII
