alright i see a lot of people talking about how many swims you get out of your tech suits and how fragile they are. i would like to get a nice legskin but im not going to pay a lot of money for it to fall apart after a few swims. are they any tech suits that are actually durable?

How do you define "few"?
If you really mean legskin, then your options are limited. The FS Pro is a great suit. I love the FS Pro leggings and have had at least 4-5 "swims" with it. It still gives great compression and repels water.
If you are willing to try a full body suit, then I would encourage you to try the blueseventy.
I now have 5 full (2-3 day) meets (at least 20 swims) with my first blueseventy. This is, by far, the most durable of the tech suits. The blueseventy is the only suit that I have tried that can repel water over the entire surface for that many wearings. The suit does tend to wear at the collar and the ankles as the thread used to stitch these seems begins to give, but if you are handy with a needle and thread, you can overcome this weakness to give you even more wearings.
If you want the most durable legskin tech suit, I would suggest you consider cutting a blueseventy at the waist and adding a string. Sound crazy? My first tech legskin was a Speedo Fastskin cut in this very manner.
