It's a good list. I was happy to be on the voting panel for this one.
I will tell you the vote for top female was very, very close.

We developed a pretty hefty ballot this year (double the normal amount of people that made the cut of either two LCM or mix of three LCM/SCM FINA world records).

The bulk of them have, I believe. Some are harder to contact than others. It is a really diverse set of top 12 swimmers. Japan, Australia, Europe, U.S.
Have the winners been notified??
Now that would be telling too early!
One thing to remember, because of the production schedule and FINA's release of the records on Nov. 1, we our Top 12 is based on the time period from Nov. 1, 2007 to Oct. 31, 2008.
