I only swim 3 months and my coach wants me (well, i'd want it too) to go to the Clovis fresno Nats2009. whether it's too soon or not that's another story but i have nobody to go with to this meet-so you know it kind of depressing. currently i swim well, alone - maybe i should switch to real team so i could go to meet with others-would be more fun. i miss team dynamic... Should i swich team? Rob

By all means come on up and swim. Its not to often that Nationals are so close to home. I am a Clovis Masters member and train at the Clovis North facility. From Bakersfield it would be easy to make a day out of it if you didn't want to stay in beautiful :) Fresno/Clovis. Have Fun

Swim by yourself for a majority of the week - over an hour commute the pool is really far away. Go for a Saturday morning swim with the team, that way you aren't rushing to work or going back home late at night (and it will save you some gas $). This way, you'll know some friendly faces when you go to Nationals.

Team is in Santa Clarita CA 6-7:30pm i'd be back home little after 9pm. They swim Saturdays so i guess that'll be ok Robert
